ERRBC is committed to equipping the saints for the work of ministry wherever they may serve. Lord willing and until that great day when He returns, we plan to broaden our ministry outlets as we continue to grow.
"The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest"
(Luke 10.2).
Who is required to preach the Gospel? Everyone! However, it is the leaders of the Church who are responsible to both demonstrate (Acts 21.8; 2 Tim. 4.5) and "equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ" (ESV, Eph. 4.11-12).
Although all of that may be true have you ever thought, "I am not gifted in the area of evangelism, I'll leave that for those who are" or, "I am an introvert, I have a hard time starting conversations, especially about matters of faith" or maybe, "I would not even know where to begin?" You are not alone!
Let's put a few things aside:
Evangelism does not...

In any way depend on your wonderful looks, charm, charisma, winsome wit, emotional pleas, persuasiveness, one's ability to win an argument, and or tons of proofs or evidence one memorize and can muster up.

Require years of study and a Ph.D. in theology and or philosophy to be proficient.

Include memorizing charts, following a particular method, and or awkward used car sales pitches.
Relieved a bit? Now, take a deep breath, and come to the firm realization that it is not about you. Isn't that fantastic!
